Greenland, also called Kalaallit Nunaat is the biggest island
in the world and more than half the residents of Greenland are Inuit.
It’s untouched, harsh yet attractive terrain is enclosed with snow and
ice, consisting of magnificent glaciers, and deeply engraved fjords,
offers the visitor a unique experience from summer cruises in the
midnight sun, and whale watching to winter activities such as dog
sledding and northern light viewing.
1. Narsarsuaq
Narsarsuaq
is a little community with more or less 200 people mainly employed at
the airport or the associated hotel. It is an independent capability
with its own power station, harbor and workshops.

and mountain tops.

Narsaq also known as the “Green paradise of Greenland” is a true pearl of attractiveness
in the otherwise extreme arctic nature of Greenland. The waters around
the Narsaq peninsula are rich with seals, Salmon, Arctic Char and small
whales.
7. Nuuk
Nuuk
is the capital and biggest city of Greenland. It is located at the
mouth of the Nuup Kangerlua inlet on the west coast of Greenland, about
240 km south of the Arctic Circle.
8. Boat-trip to the Ice Cap
This
boat tour begins from Narsaq, which is situated in the southern part of

9. Tasilaq
The
town of Tasiilaq, also known by its former name of Ammassalik, lies
just south of the Arctic Circle. It is located on a fjord which is
sheltered from the open sea by a narrow mouth, and the first sight that
welcomes arriving guests looking out of the helicopter window is of the
many brightly-colored houses built along the mountainsides.
